  • Payroll Services

    • $30 per pay run

    • + $5 per employee per run

    • Year-end payroll (T4s & summaries): $20–$35 per T4,
      minimum $120 per employer

    HST Filing

    • Standalone HST filing: $100 per filing

    • Included in Standard and Advanced monthly packages.

    Cleanup & Catch-Up Work

    • $80/hour
      For messy or behind-on-books situations. Flat rates can be discussed based on how many months or years need to be cleaned up.

    • $150–$300 (one-time)

    Includes:

    • Chart of accounts setup

    • Basic system setup in your bookkeeping software

    • HST registration support (if needed)

    • Bank feed and payment/receipt setup

    • Basic walkthrough so you understand how your books are organized
